At RBL Branding, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy below:

Custom Products
Due to the personalized nature of custom products, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if your custom product has a defect due to a manufacturing error, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the item to report the issue, and include photos of the defect for verification.

Non-Custom Products
Non-custom items can be returned within 10 calendar days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order details.
  2. Provide photos if reporting a defective item.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided by our team (for non-custom returns).

Please Note

  • Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above criteria.
