RBL Branding is built around a simple idea: the things you wear should mean something.
We make custom-patch trucker hats, laser-engraved goods, and personalized apparel for people who'd rather have one well-made thing than a closet full of forgettable ones. Each hat starts with a Richardson 112 — the workhorse cap respected for its fit and durability — and gets paired with a premium leatherette patch we design and engrave in-house. The result is a hat that looks better worn-in than new, and a story you can carry with you.
What we believe in
Craft over quantity. We'd rather make 100 hats we'd wear ourselves than 10,000 we wouldn't.
Personalization that lasts. Whether it's your favorite fish, your home state, your dog's silhouette, or a one-of-one design just for you — we build it to be the cap you reach for first.
Cause-driven from the start. A portion of every order goes back into the communities and causes that matter to us — including the St. Burton Collection, which donates 50% of profits to the Heroic Hearts Project in support of veterans navigating PTSD, CTE, and war-related trauma.

RBL Branding operates out of Texas. Every patch is designed and laser-engraved in-house — no outsourcing, no mass production. When something ships from us, it's because we've held it, inspected it, and decided it's worth your money.
